These terms cover tours and travel services arranged by Buffalo Explore Travel. Your specific booking terms are confirmed in writing in your quote.
Quotes and bookings
Prices shown on this website are indicative 'from' prices per person and vary with season, group size, hotel class, and availability. A booking is confirmed only once we have issued a written quote, you have accepted it, and the required deposit has been received.
Deposits and payment
A deposit is normally required to confirm your trip and secure services, with the balance due before or upon arrival as set out in your quote. Accepted payment methods and exact terms are stated on your individual quote.
Changes and cancellations
We will always try to accommodate changes to a confirmed itinerary, subject to supplier availability and any resulting cost differences. Cancellation terms depend on the services booked and the notice given; the specific cancellation policy for your trip is set out in your quote. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance.
Travel documents and insurance
You are responsible for ensuring you hold a valid passport, the correct visa, and any required vaccinations for your trip. We will advise on requirements but cannot be held responsible for entry being denied due to incorrect documentation. Travel insurance is not included and is your responsibility.
Our liability
We take great care in selecting our partners and delivering your trip. We are not liable for loss, delay, or injury caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including weather, force majeure, or the acts of third-party suppliers. Our liability is limited to the value of the services we have arranged.
Complaints
If something is not right during your trip, please tell your guide or contact us immediately so we can put it right on the spot. Any formal complaint should be sent to us in writing within 28 days of your trip ending.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. The full, binding terms applicable to your trip are those set out in your written quote and booking confirmation.
